At gloversure, we feel strongly about creating a better world. We also understand the role we play as a business and as individuals. Being sustainable is no longer a luxury; it’s a necessity. Climate change is a global movement that requires a united involvement from everyone – but sadly, this isn’t the case.
To push for change, we need to change how we live as individuals and operate as businesses. We are not perfectly green, and make no claims to be. However, we have collaborated together as a team and sought outside support to bolster our commitment to becoming a greener business. Ensuring our intentions and actions create meaningful, positive change.

We’ve committed to halve our carbon emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050.
We have joined the SME Climate hub, a global initiative aimed at empowering small to medium-sized businesses to take climate action and build resilient businesses for the future.
The SME Climate Hub provides us with practical resources designed to help us reduce our carbon footprint. As proud partners, we’ve put in place a long-term strategy to help us achieve our goals. The SME Climate Hub has continuously provided support throughout our journey supplying us with new ideas, tools and resources as we’ve progressed.
Small and medium-sized businesses make up 90% of businesses worldwide, it’s time you start your net-zero journey and inspire others to make the change. Together for our planet.
Sometimes businesses don’t realise how easy it is to be more environmentally friendly. Here are a few things we do to be a little bit better every day…
Avoid unnecessary physical meetings – Instead, we make use of video calls. This way we are reducing the need for travel from both parties. Less travel = Less emissions.
Limiting our use of single-use plastics – Obviously, we can’t stop everyone in the office from buying single-use plastics, but we strongly encourage it. For example; if someone is getting a round of coffee in we only buy takeaway coffees that use fully recyclable cups or better yet, use our own cups.
We turn off all our devices – By the switch; every time we leave work.
Limit our paper use – We are a digital business so we try to be as paperless as we can.
For those that have worked in an agency, they’ll know things can get a little crazy at times. It’s a fast-paced environment that naturally invites some level of pressure. This can be okay short term, but long term it can really take a toll on our livelihoods, both mentally and physically. Never mind all the stresses of our own lives outside of work. Sometimes, you just need a little helping hand to get you back on your feet.
This is why we have a few protocols in place to support the health and well-being of our team.

Equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace means to offer an equal opportunity for all of our employees and applicants regardless of their gender, age, race, religion, or disability. To attract, develop and support a diverse range of people; and to develop an inclusive culture.
We strive to create a working environment where everybody feels they belong. A place people feel comfortable, valued and included – ‘acceptance without exception’. To us, being valued means to be developed. We want to cultivate an inclusive culture that maximises our workforce’s talent, skills, and diversity. As well as support the well-being of each and every employee.
