Olive Tree Travel is a boutique travel agency offering luxury villa and apartment rentals in Kalkan, Turkey. The team works across the stunning Turquoise Coast, offering hand-picked properties with a fully managed service. This includes airport transfers, property management, gulet cruises, car hire, catering, babysitting, and pre-arrival support.
The goal was simple. Create a website that reflects their premium offering and makes it easy for users to browse and book holidays. It also needed to be fast, intuitive, and built with SEO in mind. As a result, the new platform helps the business attract more bookings and new clients.
For a luxury travel brand, the website is often the first impression. Because of this, the platform needed to feel high-end from the moment users land on it.
We focused on strong visuals and clear navigation. This makes it easier for visitors to explore villas, apartments, and penthouses without friction. In addition, key information is surfaced quickly, so users do not need to dig through pages.

Users can filter properties by date, stay length, guest numbers, and features such as WiFi, hot tubs, or pet-friendly options. The search experience is faster and more intuitive than the standard setup.
In addition, results are clearly structured. Visitors can quickly see pricing, images, and key features at a glance. This helps them compare options with ease.
We also created dynamic collection pages. These highlight properties by theme and season, such as Easter, Half Term, or Christmas. Each property page is fully detailed, with images, descriptions, features, and location data, all synced automatically from SuperControl.
Finally, features like quick search, instant chat, and property-specific URLs improve usability and support higher conversions.
The design reflects the premium nature of the brand. Large imagery takes centre stage, showing each property at its best. This is supported by clean typography and a simple layout that guides users naturally through the site.
