The MTB Marathon, the UK’s original single-loop off-road mountain bike event, has captivated riders since 2000. With routes ranging from 25 km to 100 km through beautiful woodlands, this event attracts mountain bikers nationwide. This year, riders will navigate the scenic trails of Builth Wells and Ruthin in rural Wales. Beyond the thrilling rides, participants can enjoy trade stands, delicious food, bars, entertainment, finisher t-shirts, and bike washes.
Transitioning from Magento to WooCommerce
We have proudly supported MTB Marathon since 2014, initially launching their site on Magento 1. As they grew, we transitioned their platform to WooCommerce for a more powerful, faster, and user-friendly experience. The new minimalist web design ensures visitors can easily access essential information, aided by custom JavaScript features and an events plugin for seamless ticket purchasing, dynamic pricing, and discounts.
