Montgomeryshire Homes, founded by two brothers native to Montgomeryshire, emerged from a desire to address the shortage of suitable housing in the local community. Committed to their roots, they set out to offer affordable housing options while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. Their properties in Welshpool, Caereinion, and Llansilin have garnered awards for their quality and design.
In collaboration with Montgomeryshire Homes, we undertook a complete rebranding and web design project to showcase their commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The resulting website provides a platform for potential buyers to explore each property thoroughly, reflecting the brand's identity and values.
Creating a Distinct Brand
Prior to our collaboration, Montgomeryshire Homes lacked a cohesive brand identity. Through discussions with the owners, we identified their core values of experience, quality, and desirability. Leveraging a deep carrot orange colour palette, along with a simple square logo featuring the company initials, we crafted a prestigious aesthetic. The classic Comfortaa Light font further reinforces the brand's high-end image.
Streamlined Web Design
Building upon Montgomeryshire Homes' new brand image, we ensured consistency in colours and typography throughout the website. A large video banner on the homepage showcases the properties, inviting visitors to explore further. Utilising ample space and animations, the design remains uncluttered and easy to navigate, enhancing readability and visual appeal.

Intuitive Navigation
The website features an easy to use hamburger menu with dropdown menus, guiding users to different property types: Completed Developments, Current Developments, and Future Developments. Once on a specific page, visitors find comprehensive property information and links to individual property pages, facilitating seamless exploration.
Engaging Property Pages
Individual property pages offer detailed descriptions, amenities icons, and Modula galleries, providing a comprehensive view of each property. The Modula gallery showcases multiple images, allowing potential buyers to envision themselves in the space. Additionally, a clear call-to-action for floor plans ensures customers have access to essential specifications.
Intuitive Functionality
With its blend of stunning design and intuitive functionality, Montgomeryshire Homes' new website reflects the brand's commitment to craftsmanship and quality, inviting visitors to explore their exclusive developments designed for discerning homeowners.
