Minimalist web design inspired by Med Equus’ innovative products
As a driving force behind the international equine veterinary industry, we knew Med Equus needed an eCommerce presence that stood head and shoulders above their competitors. Therefore, we began crafting a completely unique website design where imagery takes centre stage. Softened corner radiuses and modern grotesk typefaces combine to create a contemporary visual style across every page, whilst incorporating Med Equus’ signature blue and white brand colours to strengthen their brand.

With MedEquus’ vast range of products, we understood the importance of creating a seamless experience for industry professionals. Users are presented with two category pages; the first with sections targeted at vets both on the road; the second with general categories that group products together.

In such a highly specialised sector, testimonials play a key role when it comes to the customer’s buying journey. With this in mind, we implemented a custom post type to handle each review, allowing users to filter by country and customer type to find testimonials that are local to them. Not only does this create a more tailored experience, it also encourages trust for users expecting a return on investment.
Reinforcing their digital presence with a news system integration
With a global presence, Med Equus’ website needed a robust news system to keep their customers up to date with the latest innovations and events. With this in mind, we elevated their WordPress admin area with a news system, allowing their team to publish blog articles, whilst also categorizing them by topic or target audience. What’s more, we also crafted an events system that reflected that of their previous site, ensuring every event post is seamlessly added to the news page via a dedicated widget. Users now have access to the latest insights, as well as exclusive industry events.
