Owners Rowena and Nicky are committed to offering a hands-on service, giving both their guests and owners time and attention. While they visit hundreds of homes, only the ones they truly fall in love with are chosen. Thanks to their nourishing ethos, Bloom Stays has amassed a unique collection of properties for guests to enjoy.
Impressed by our web design, and extensive portfolio of holiday agency websites, Bloom Stays got in touch. They requested a stunning SuperControl website that reflects their values as a business. Helping them to drive bookings and enhance growth.
Packed with personality and character this SuperControl API-integrated WordPress development effectively showcases our client’s properties in an engaging, attractive layout. Strategically integrated with custom features to support the long-term growth of Bloom Stays.
Following their brand guidelines, we carefully balanced their rosy pink, sky blue and white colour scheme across the website. The web pages are meticulously intertwined with branded illustrations supplied by our client. Together, these visual elements create a “warm, homely” personality that reflects the nature of our client.
On top of this, they now have the option to add video banners to any of its pages in the admin area. A captivating way to engage with customers and showcase their properties, character and identity.
We build all of our holiday agency websites with UX (user experience) at the forefront of importance. For instance, the homepage features a variety of clean, modern content blocks. The variety keeps users engaged, whilst leaving each area of content spacious and open. The clean styling enhances readability whilst remaining perfectly on-brand. On top of this, we utilised a mega menu, meaning website visitors can easily navigate the website.
Additionally, the website is styled with fluid animations. The images and titles smoothly enlarge as guests hover over them. As well as this, when users hover over certain titles, a fine-lined pink arrow emerges swiftly to tempt visitors to click.
We integrated SuperControl‘s powerful booking system. The popular API effectively updates in real-time. Providing clients with the most current, up-to-date booking information at all times.
Our long-standing history of working with SuperControl has led to the development of custom features within it. Including our SuperControl caching system. Thereafter, this has been said to speed up the booking process by 10x – vastly improving the customer experience.
Furthermore, we also embedded our exclusive custom-built calendars. These tailor-made calendars have been carefully styled to match the branding of the business. Subsequently strengthening the identity of the Bloom Stays.
Supporting our client’s SEO efforts, Bloom Stays can now effectively target specific audiences with a range of inspiration and landing pages. From Pet-friendly homes, New to bloom, Romantic cottages, Pads with pools…and many more. Better meeting the needs of certain audiences.
Furthermore, if guests can’t find exactly what they need via the inspiration pages they can instead opt to use our efficient search system. A helpful search tool that enables visitors to focus their search and discover a property that precisely matches their needs. Website users can select location, guests, start date, end date, bedrooms, bathrooms, a drop-down list of amenities and price.
Bloom Stays wanted guests to have a seamless customer experience. With this, comes personalisation. We enabled guests to save their favourite properties. On top of this, the website will show guests their previously viewed properties, encouraging them to take a second look.
Furthermore, a convenient share button allows visitors to spread the word about their favourite property. Where it’ll direct users to share the property on different social media channels or via email.
To encourage users to continue engaging with the company, we integrated an ‘Instagram Feed’ into the website. Showcasing their latest property updates and social content. Additionally, to promote Bloom Stays industry knowledge and know-how we implemented a Blog System. Allowing them to keep content fresh and deliver their audience a range of insightful blogs.
Furthermore, to incentivise email signups and expand their reach we integrated their website with a timed pop-up. Non-intrusively asking clients to sign up for their mailing list. As well as this we styled a newsletter sign-up block at the bottom of the page, further encouraging guests to sign-up.
A strong product page can be the difference between making a sale and not, regardless of the product. Therefore, we created Bloom Stays, an attractive, intriguing structure for their property pages. Enhancing the appeal of their homes. According to 92% of consumers, visuals are the top influential factor affecting a purchase decision. To capitalise on this, all property pages have two separate gallery layouts. Firstly, a full-width hero banner gallery and secondly, further down, a smooth-flowing sliding gallery.
As well as this, there is a submenu on each property page (e.g. Overview, gallery, availability, facilities…). When users click on these choices, they are immediately directed to that section of the page. To further give property pages a visual appeal we used on-brand icons to showcase beds, bathrooms, how many people it sleeps and pet allowance. Additionally, Bloom Stays can add as much text content as they’d like thanks to our flexible admin area. Each content block is spacious and uncluttered, which draws the user’s attention to what’s really important whilst improving the text’s readability. Additionally, as visitors scroll down the page, a fixed ‘Book Now’ call-to-action remains boldly in the bottom right-hand corner.
Finally, guests can locate the property easily thanks to an embedded full-width map feature.
