Based in beautiful Henley-on-Thames, Hostsmart have been growing their portfolio since 2018, with a variety of luxurious high end properties across multiple counties. Founded by Emily, Hostsmart is proudly independent, priding themselves on their attention to detail and unparalleled customer service.
They approached us, looking to amplify their brand with a refreshed logo, documentation and custom letterheads to create stronger engagement with their customers. Our goal was simple; to create a more empowered brand for Hostsmart.
Personalised brand guidelines to help Hostsmart stand out
With reintroducing the Hostsmart brand in mind, we crafted a set of unique brand guidelines. Detailing vital visual elements like logos, icons, colours and photography and how they should be used across every platform. Given Hostsmarts luxury offering, we knew we needed to create documents that reflected high-end minimalism and attention to detail, helping them stand out in a competitive industry.


A curated colour scheme
A crucial element of the Hostsmart minimalist branding refresh was deciding on a colour scheme that truly reflected their ethos. With a growing portfolio of high quality holiday homes, we knew the chosen colours needed to evoke a sense of luxury. Eventually settling on a selection of neutral tones and greens that emulate the Oxfordshire countryside.

With this in mind, we crafted a set of bespoke brand guidelines, a logo refresh and letterheads that reflected their luxury offering and strengthened the Hostsmart visual identity.



A logo refresh that reflected their revamped identity
With solid new brand guidelines, we needed to ensure Hostsmart’s logo truly reflected their new, increasingly luxurious aesthetic. As the guidelines contained contemporary typeface choices, we incorporated these into their refreshed logo concept. Choosing a modern serif font that ensured the Hostsmart brand stayed current, yet timeless.

Bespoke letterheads to strengthen the Hostsmart brand
With customer service at the heart of what they do, Hostsmart’s stationery needed to not only match their new branding, but continue to strengthen their connection to their customers without alienating them. With this in mind, we crafted a minimalist design that clearly conveyed important contact information. Whilst ensuring their new, refreshed logo remains in a prominent position.
