Glanlerry Holiday Park is a long-established countryside retreat, nestled within the peaceful landscapes of unspoilt rural surroundings. Founded in the early 1950s by Jim and Dora Richards, the park has grown from a former farmland site into a much-loved holiday destination with a strong family legacy. Today, it offers a mix of holiday home areas and a dedicated touring and camping field, welcoming guests who want to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature.
As the park has evolved over generations, the website needed to reflect both its heritage and the quality of experience it offers today. The goal was to create a modern, easy-to-manage platform that showcases the park beautifully while keeping visitors informed and engaged.

The new website was designed to reflect the calm and welcoming atmosphere that Glanlerry Holiday Park is known for. We focused on clean layouts, natural imagery, and simple navigation to highlight the park’s surroundings and overall experience.
Visitors can quickly explore what makes the park special, from its scenic countryside setting to its well-maintained grounds and relaxed environment. The design helps communicate the feeling of space, comfort, and escape that guests experience when they arrive.

We built the website specifically around the needs of holiday park visitors. Many users look for inspiration as much as information, so the structure was designed to guide them naturally through the site.
Clear page hierarchy and strong visual sections help present key information without overwhelming the user. Making it easier for potential guests to understand what Glanlerry offers and encourages them to explore further.
To bring the park to life online, we developed a custom gallery system. Allowing Glanlerry to showcase its surroundings, facilities, and accommodation areas.
The gallery is designed to be simple to manage and visually engaging for users. Giving visitors a real sense of the park before they arrive and helping them build confidence and excitement about booking a stay.
By focusing on imagery, the website captures the atmosphere of Glanlerry in a way that words alone cannot fully achieve.

We also implemented a news system to help the Glanlerry team share updates, announcements, and seasonal information with visitors.
Giving the park an easy way to keep content fresh and relevant throughout the year. It also helps improve engagement by encouraging repeat visits to the website. Especially from returning guests who already know and love the park.
We worked with Glanlerry Caravan Park to create a modern website that reflects its rich family heritage and peaceful countryside setting. The new site combines clean design, intuitive navigation, and strong visual content to showcase the park and improve the visitor experience. We also developed a custom gallery and news system, giving the team an easy way to manage content and keep visitors engaged. Built for performance across all devices, the website provides a flexible, future-proof platform that supports the park’s continued growth.

One of the most important aspects of Glanlerry Holiday Park is its history and family ownership. The park has remained in the Richards family since its establishment, and this continuity plays a big role in its reputation today.
The website was designed to reflect this heritage in a subtle but meaningful way. It communicates trust, care, and long-standing experience, which are key reasons why many guests return year after year.
Alongside design and functionality, the website was built with usability and performance in mind. It loads quickly, works smoothly across all devices, and makes it easy for visitors to find the information they need.
The structure is simple and accessible, ensuring users can explore the park without unnecessary complexity, whether they are browsing on mobile or desktop.

With the new website in place, Glanlerry Holiday Park now has a digital presence that reflects both its history and its future. The combination of thoughtful design, a flexible gallery system, and a simple news platform gives the team full control over their content while providing a better experience for visitors.
This project demonstrates how modern holiday park website design can help traditional parks present themselves more effectively online, improve engagement, and encourage more repeat visitors.
